At PICNICCOVE, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return or exchange items you have bought from us, and how we process refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a return.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may return or exchange any item purchased from PICNICCOVE within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We do not charge any restocking fee.
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any damage, stains, or odors.
- Packaging: All original packaging and any included documentation must be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email) is required.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, gift cards, and personal care items for hygiene reasons. Please check the product page for any specific exclusions.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service team using one of the methods below. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns without an RMA may not be accepted.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria. If the item is approved, we will process your refund or ship your exchange promptly.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. We do not charge any restocking fee, and you will receive a full refund for the item price.
If you made a purchase using a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued in the same form. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item at no extra cost to you; if the exchange item is of higher value, the difference must be paid before shipment.
Shipping for Returns
We provide free return shipping within the 30-day window. You may use the prepaid label we provide. If you choose to return using your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable service as PICNICCOVE is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Please do not send your return to any address other than the one provided on the RMA label.
